In October 2010, my life took a turn that changed how I saw health, healing, and the body’s incredible ability to recover. That journey eventually led me to become a certified lymphedema therapist and open Cedar Rock Restorative & Massage Therapy LLC. My goal has always been to provide more than relaxation; I want to offer clinically focused therapeutic care that truly helps people feel and function better, rooted in quality and integrity.
